BCCI informs PCB through e-mail about cancellation of tour: Saleem Altaf


LAHORE: Chief operating officer Pakistan Cricket Board Saleem Altaf has said here on Thursday that an official of the Indian cricket board, Shashant Mehra sent an e-mail to PCB chairman Ijaz Butt informing the cancellation of the Indian team’s tour of Pakistan.Saleem Altaf said that after India cancelled the tour, Sri Lankan board would be contacted to finalise their team’s tour of Pakistan for playing the series of three Tests, three One-day Internationals and a Twenty20 cricket match.Replying to a question, he said that the International Cricket Council (ICC) would not be contacted after the sudden cancellation of the tour by India because the Indian board has not refused to tour but it was refused link
